Shipping:

    Packages up to 40kg will be shipped with GLS, larger shipments will be shipped by freight carrier. Costs according to effort. For larger consignments with glass articles and weights under 40 kg, we reserve the right to handle shipping by freight carrier.

    Incorrect / incomplete information on the delivery / billing address (eg wrong postal code, wrong house number, undeliverable address due to missing name badge, etc.) may result in additional costs for shipping. These additional costs (surcharges of the courier service for address determination, postcode correction, etc) are charged to the customer.

Delivery time:

    The delivery takes place at the latest within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in advance) or after the conclusion of the contract (when the invoice is purchased).

    The delivery of your order takes place via one of our logistics partners or GLS.

Payment:

   
    Deliveries outside Germany are only possible against advance payment.
